This Kava Extract from now foods contains not only kava but also tryptophan, 5-HTP, valerian, hops, and passionflower. Since this product comes in capsule form there’s really not much to say about the taste. The strength however, seemed a little bit disappointing. They advertise that it’s 250mg and 30% kavalactones but the strength although noticeable, does seem a bit underwhelming.
